The RSO governs the operation of 24PM's VOIP services for the members who use them.

Article\n1 - Presentation of the Hebergement service<\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

24PM, in\nwith cloud operators, enables its members to host their websites on\nwebsite hosting on 24PM servers.\n \nThe present\nRSO sets out the conditions under which this service is available to\nmembers. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article 2 - Additional definitions of ROI<\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

For the purposes of this RSO 2021\/002, the following definitions apply\n:

\n Domain<\/u><\/b>\n <\/a> <\/b>\n [ED1]<\/a> :<\/b> Name registered with an authority dependent on\nICANN. Allows rapid identification of a user's IP address on the\nsuch as: masociete.be or 24pm.be

\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article 3 - Scope of application
\n <\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

This RSO\n2021\/001 applies to :
\n
Any use of the 24PM hosting service by a member\nmember as defined in article X of ROI 2021 \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

\n

 Article 4 - Access to accommodation <\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

4.1. Access request
\n <\/h4>\n

To activate the hosting service,\nmembers can do so via the 24PM intranet or via their Project Manager.\n 
\n
Before selecting and using the Service,\nit is the member's responsibility to study each available\nconfiguration available in order to\nselect the configuration(s) whose characteristics correspond to his or her\nneeds, if necessary with the help of the member's\nProject Manager, and to communicate this to the project manager or via the intranet. 
\n
After\nconfirmation by e-mail, the member undertakes to comply with the conditions of this\nRSO 2021\/002. \n <\/p>\n

4.2 Conditions of use and installation <\/h4>\n

The member determines the domain name on which the hosting service will respond and communicates this to 24PM.
\n
The Member undertakes not to host any content contrary to public order and\/or morality within the framework of the hosting provided in application of the present RSO.
\n
The 24PM server platform is accessible to the general public via the Internet, using stations connected to the Internet.
\n
24PM provides the computing power, security equipment and software required to operate the Web site offered to the member. The list of such software varies according to the options offered by 24PM and chosen by the member.
\n <\/p>\n

4.3. Duration<\/h4>\n

Hosting is provided for an indefinite period and may be terminated at the request of 24PM or the member, at any time, subject to 30 days' notice, commencing on the day following the sending of a registered letter by the party wishing to terminate hosting.<\/p>\n

4.4. Server software versions<\/h4>\n

24PM can maintain a server software version of its choice, mainly by choosing to install the most stable and secure versions according to its security policy.
\n
The member is responsible for updating his website to make it compatible with the latest versions of the engines.
\n
Engine version updates will be announced via the 24PM intranet, in the \"News\" section of the dashboard.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article 5 - Rates
\n <\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

Hosting\nis billed at a flat rate of \u20ac1 per domain per month, plus the price\noptions chosen by the member or required for technical reasons.\ntechnical reasons.\n 
\n
The member\nmay also opt for dedicated or virtualized hosting.\nin which case the cost of hosting is subject to a separate charge accepted by the\nmember. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article 6 - Invoicing for technical services<\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

In the event of\nmember's accommodation, interventions will be invoiced at the amount\nwill be invoiced at the rate indicated in the \"employee rates\" section\nsection of the member's intranet. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

\n

Article 7 - Immediate suspension of hosting<\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

In the event of danger to 24PM's infrastructure due to the operation of the member's website(s), 24PM may preventively suspend said website(s).
\n
Only after the problem has been corrected will the site(s) be reactivated.
