The RSO governs the operation of 24PM's VOIP services for the members who use them.

Article\n1 - Introducing the VOIP service<\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

 24PM, in\nwith transit telephone operators, enables its members to benefit\nto benefit from a telecom infrastructure.
\n
This service\nallows you to have a virtual telephone exchange (hosted in the cloud) and physical landlines or virtual mobile phones.\nand physical landlines or virtual cell phones.
\n
This service\nis called VoIP or Voice over IP. It is used to connect smartphones\nusing the industry-standard SIP and MGCP protocols within the customer's\nnetwork, enabling these smartphones to behave as if they were connected to a\nbehave as if connected to a physical telephone exchange, also known as an\nIP Centrex technology.
\n
The present\nRSO sets out the conditions under which this service is available to\nmembers. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article 2 - Additional definitions of ROI<\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

For the purposes of this RSO 2021\/001, the following definitions apply\nto mean :
\n
<\/u><\/b>Financial security<\/u><\/b> :<\/b> Amount charged to the member for the loan of a VoiP terminal, which will be returned to the member upon expiry of the service.\nat the end of the service.
\n
IPCentrex <\/u><\/b>: <\/b>Virtual telephone exchange technology\ndeployed on a 24PM VoiP server.
\n
<\/u><\/b>SIP line<\/u><\/b> (Session Initiation Protocol) <\/u>or MGCP (Media\nGateway Control Protocol): number\ntelephone number that can be configured by 24PM at the member's request.\nto forward incoming calls to multiple SIP numbers.
\n
<\/u><\/b>SIP number<\/u><\/b> Telephone number\nassigned by a partner operator and linked to a physical terminal or a login\/password combination\nlogin\/password combination that can be used to make and receive telephone calls\nwithin the framework of the VoiP service referred to in this RSO.
\n
Partner operators <\/u><\/b>BIPT partner telephone operators\nof 24PM and routing members' calls between 24PM's VoiP servers and callers.\ncallers.
\n
Position<\/u><\/b> :\nTelephone set - Physical or virtual device enabling calls to be received and\ncalls via a SIP line connection.
\n
<\/u><\/b>Series of lines<\/u><\/b> : <\/b>A series of consecutive telephone numbers that cannot be\nto an operator separately.
\n
24PM VoiP servers<\/u><\/b> Servers\nconnected to 24PM partners and enabling VoiP Terminals to communicate\nVoiP Terminals to communicate with each other and via the conventional\ntelephony network.
\n
Rate<\/u><\/b> Price at which calls handled by\n24PM VoiP services are billed back to the member.
\n
VoiP terminal<\/u><\/b> <\/b>Electronic device enabling the member to benefit from a SIP or MGCP connection to VoiP servers.\nSIP or MGCP connection to 24PM's VoiP servers.
\n
VoiP : <\/u><\/b>Voice over IP (VoIP)\nIP) or Internet telephony. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article 3 - Scope of application
\n <\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

This RSO\n2021\/001 applies to :
\n
Any use of the 24PM VoiP service by a member\nmember as defined in article X of ROI 2021 \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

\n

Article 4 - VOIP access
\n <\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

4.1. Access request<\/h4>\n

To activate the VoiP service, members can\nmember can do so via the 24PM intranet or via their Project Manager.
\n
After\nconfirmation by e-mail, the member agrees to abide by the conditions of this\nRSO 2021\/001. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

\n
\n

4.2 Conditions of use and installation <\/h4>\n

4.2.1.
The\nmember determines the number of VoiP terminals he requires and the\nconfiguration of the SIP lines he wishes to set up, and communicates this number\nto his Project Manager.
\n
In\nof the equipment required, a request for financial security is drawn up in the\nmember's name in accordance with article 5.
\n
From\nreceipt of the financial guarantee for the equipment, 24PM plans the installation\nequipment on the member's premises.
\n
The\nset-up is invoiced by 24PM according to a fixed rate previously\ncommunicated at the time of the activation request and accepted by the member.
\n
This\npackage includes :
\n
-\nOn-site installation (excluding wiring) ;
-\nThe creation of a calling strategy in the limits\npossible technical<\/i> ;
-\nIntegration of personalized MP3 music and\nmixing (excluding studio fees if required);
-\nA final test of the system's operation;
-\nA change in calling strategy 1x within the year\nthe year ;
-\nConfiguration of a software client on\nsmartphone (excluding any license fees).
\n
4.2.2.
On a cell phone (smartphone), the customer must\ninstall a \"dialer\" mobile application.
\n
The member is expressly\ninformed that the service described in this RSO is currently not fully\nfully compatible with Apple terminals. No blame can be\n24PM in the event of malfunctioning of said terminals caused by said\nincompatibility.
\n
Since these services depend on third-party infrastructure, 24PM\nuninterrupted operation, due to the vagaries of the technologies used.\ntechnologies used. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

4.3. Duration<\/h4>\n

The VoiP service is set up for an indefinite period\nfor an indefinite period and may be terminated at the request of 24PM or the member\nat any time, subject to one month's notice. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

4.4 Change in configuration or hardware<\/h4>\n

Any request to\nmodification of an IPCentrex system configuration may entail a fixed\nwhich may be subject to prior pricing, communicated to the member by e-mail\ncommunicated to the member by e-mail and accepted by the latter.
\n
24PM may\nto set up, via the intranet, tools enabling members to modify certain\ncertain parameters of their IPCentrex. Use of these tools is the sole responsibility\nthe sole responsibility of the member. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article 5 - Rates
\n <\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

For\neach line, number and extension an amount of \u20ac1 to \u20ac5 will be charged\nthis amount varies according to whether you use a classic number\nstandard or special number (0800,...) or premium (easy-to-remember number).
\n
In addition to the\nfixed amount, calls that have transited through 24PM's VoiP services will be\nbilled at 24PM's cost of acquisition.
\n
The member expressly acknowledges\nexpressly acknowledges that no limitation on premium rate numbers has been\nby 24PM and that surcharged calls will therefore be billed according to the\nBIPT rates for special numbers. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article\n6 - Invoicing <\/h3>\n

The\ncall records are billed on a monthly basis. Details of calls\navailable on the member's intranet. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article\n7 - Security deposit <\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

7.1 Security deposit
\n <\/h4>\n

For each telephone\na guarantee of \u20ac100 to \u20ac500 will be requested from the member, depending on the model\nrequested by the member.
\n

7.2. Return of equipment and warranty<\/h4>\n

The guarantees paid are returned to the member when he or she\nreturns the equipment in perfect condition.

Any damage will be deducted from the customer's deposit.

<\/u><\/b>In the event of loss or total or irrecoverable\nirrecoverable, the equipment will be re-invoiced to the customer at new\ncustomer, or at 70 % of its new value if it had been delivered in reconditioned\nreconditioned to the customer. \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Article\n8 - Number portability <\/h3>\n

Visit\ntelecommunication lines or telephone numbers purchased by\n24PM for the Member remain the property of 24PM.

The member\nwho wishes to port his or her telephone number outside the 24PM network\nnetwork must make a request in advance, to allow 24PM to prepare the outgoing porting\nif technically possible.

This portage\nis never possible if the member is in arrears or default of payment to\nto 24PM at the time of the request.
