This makes it easier for us to take on large surface areas under contract, and enables our members to benefit from low-cost premises by using our temporary under-occupancy.

Part of our premises will always be reserved for our members, and in the event of under-capacity, 24PM has privileged contracts with major players in the world of equipped offices or hotels for meeting rooms, training rooms, permanent offices, etc.

And if your company is the first user of a new place, the members who use it afterwards will lower the cost, because the more members there are, the lower the cost per user.

A member wishes to meet a candidate in a meeting room, and the small room at 24PM's head office is available. It can accommodate 2 people in the timeless setting of the "Château Lefebvre and only the costs of the logistics assistant are billed, i.e. +/- 90 € for an afternoon meeting, including coffee, cookies, parking and reception.
