The RSO governs the operation of 24PM's VOIP services for the members who use them.
24PM, in with cloud operators, enables its members to host their websites on website hosting on 24PM servers. The present RSO sets out the conditions under which this service is available to members.
This RSO
2021/001 applies to :
Any use of the 24PM hosting service by a member
member as defined in article X of ROI 2021
To activate the hosting service,
members can do so via the 24PM intranet or via their Project Manager.
Before selecting and using the Service,
it is the member's responsibility to study each available
configuration available in order to
select the configuration(s) whose characteristics correspond to his or her
needs, if necessary with the help of the member's
Project Manager, and to communicate this to the project manager or via the intranet.
After
confirmation by e-mail, the member undertakes to comply with the conditions of this
RSO 2021/002.
The member determines the domain name on which the hosting service will respond and communicates this to 24PM.
The Member undertakes not to host any content contrary to public order and/or morality within the framework of the hosting provided in application of the present RSO.
The 24PM server platform is accessible to the general public via the Internet, using stations connected to the Internet.
24PM provides the computing power, security equipment and software required to operate the Web site offered to the member. The list of such software varies according to the options offered by 24PM and chosen by the member.
Hosting is provided for an indefinite period and may be terminated at the request of 24PM or the member, at any time, subject to 30 days' notice, commencing on the day following the sending of a registered letter by the party wishing to terminate hosting.
24PM can maintain a server software version of its choice, mainly by choosing to install the most stable and secure versions according to its security policy.
The member is responsible for updating his website to make it compatible with the latest versions of the engines.
Engine version updates will be announced via the 24PM intranet, in the "News" section of the dashboard.
Hosting
is billed at a flat rate of €1 per domain per month, plus the price
options chosen by the member or required for technical reasons.

The member
may also opt for dedicated or virtualized hosting.

member.
In the event of member's accommodation, interventions will be invoiced at the amount will be invoiced at the rate indicated in the "employee rates" section section of the member's intranet.
In the event of danger to 24PM's infrastructure due to the operation of the member's website(s), 24PM may preventively suspend said website(s).
Only after the problem has been corrected will the site(s) be reactivated.
