The RSO governs the operation of 24PM's VOIP services for the members who use them.

Article 1 - Introducing the VOIP service

 24PM, in with transit telephone operators, enables its members to benefit to benefit from a telecom infrastructure.

This service is called VoIP or Voice over IP. Article 4 - VOIP access

4.1. Access request

To activate the VoiP service, members can member can do so via the 24PM intranet or via their Project Manager.

4.2 Conditions of use and installation

4.2.1.
The member determines the number of VoiP terminals he requires and the configuration of the SIP lines he wishes to set up, and communicates this number to his Project Manager.

In of the equipment required, a request for financial security is drawn up in the member's name in accordance with article 5.

From receipt of the financial guarantee for the equipment, 24PM plans the installation equipment on the member's premises.

The set-up is invoiced by 24PM according to a fixed rate previously communicated at the time of the activation request and accepted by the member.

This package includes :

- On-site installation (excluding wiring) ;
- The creation of a calling strategy in the limits possible technical ;
- Integration of personalized MP3 music and mixing (excluding studio fees if required);
- A final test of the system's operation;

- Configuration of a software client on smartphone (excluding any license fees).

4.2.2.

4.3. Duration

4.4 Change in configuration or hardware

Article 8 - Number portability
